Not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Purus Official or Purus Car Wash? Don’t worry! At United Webshops We have a clear returns policy. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt to cancel without giving a reason.

📝 How do returns work?

1. Register your return: Please send an email to [mail@verenigdewebshops.nl] within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number.
2. Return the product: Once you have registered, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.
3. Refund: As soon as we have received the parcel in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price to your account within 14 days.

⚠️ Important terms and conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, it is important that:

• The product in the in its original condition and packaging is.
• Products have only been unpacked to assess their nature and characteristics (just as you would in a high street shop).

🧼 Exception for car wash products

Please note: For liquids, polishes and cleaning products from Purus Car Wash the rule is that, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or whether the bottle has been opened.

🚚 Postage costs for returns

The cost of returning your parcel to our warehouse is at one’s own expense. We recommend that you send your return parcel with a Track & Trace code, so that you always have proof of dispatch.
